1- I use Wondershare Filmora 11. 2- in the editor tools you can adjust the resolution of the video and that increases or decreases the size of the video, but what I do is upload the large video to Eporner and then download it with a lower resolution, which considerably reduces its size

Check out my first videos for Tooi Kimi ni, that one was made with a low resolution and its weight is really light, but the quality of the video was reduced a lot, that is why I decided to make the compilations at a resolution of 1080 x 720 and upload them to eporner and then download them with a lower resolution and lower weight, doing so gives a more decent video quality than if you do it directly from the editor
